FEEDING

We manufacture sorting and feeding units for screws and parts of small and medium size. The fed parts can be cadenced and fired into the gripper for insertion/unscrewing, or free outfeed with or without the aid of a linear channel where they are presented to be picked up by grippers or pick and place manipulators for positioning on the system.

 

SCREWING INSERTION

We are specialists in the manufacture of systems for automatic screwing and insertion.

Our units can be used individually as finished units or integrated into more complex systems. We can offer screwing systems with pneumatic, electric and electronic motors,  adopting the necessary controls to achieve the desired torque and dimensions.

CONTROLS

We can integrate different types of control on our systems:

  •  vision control
  •  tightness control
  • checks on treatments and coatings

Checks can be carried out before assembly on individual components and also after assembly and on the finished product. We build control islands dedicated only to product control.

MARKING

On our processing and assembly systems, we can integrate systems for product marking and identification. Marking is necessary to affix the brand, product model or production batch. We integrate laser markers, pad printing machines, inkjet systems and labelling machines into our systems.

OTHER APPLICATIONS

We are able to integrate special applications into our systems as required by the customer:
  • welding
  • dosing of glues and greases
  • machining of tapping and threading
  • blanking 

ROBOT

We are an integrator of SCARA robots.
The robots can be used as manipulators:
• loading/unloading

• for machining and integrated on vision systems
